Job Description

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for stationary prep, setup, executing dishes to the chefs standards during dinner service, assisting with daily ordering needs, breaking down station and cleaning kitchen.

Office duties include scheduling, inventory, importing invoices. Experience with whole beast butchery, charcuterie, pasta production, and egg cookery is essential.

  • Supervising and managing cleanliness of kitchen

Qualifications

As a candidate, you should have line and prep experience in a chef driven restaurant, be familiar with a la minute cooking, be familiar with classic and modern techniques, have adequate product knowledgeable, be timely, respectful, take direction/criticism. work well under pressure, and be a team player. Culinary school is not a necessity but is appreciated.
